Which all regions do you provide service for? Where can I order products from?

At Cell Smart Cafe, we currently serve customers all over India. Customers from any place in India can order the product of their choice and get it delivered to their home in the shortest time. In Delhi NCR customers can get the product within a few hours after order placement.

What if I have difficulty in logging in to Cell Smart Cafe ?

Check if your Login Username is the Email address you used for registering. If you have forgotten your Password you can reset your Password through the ‘Forgot your password?’ link in the ‘Sign in’ page. Additionally, ensure that your web browser accepts cookies. Sometimes a short delay can happen if there is System Maintenance happening on the site, at such times, try logging in again after 30 minutes.

Which Cards are accepted for online purchase?

On cellsmartcafe.com you can use all Rupay, VISA & Master Credit & Debit cards. Additionally we accept most major Banks Debit/Credit cards on our Payment Gateway. You can use UPI also.

Do product purchases made on www.cellsmartcafe.com provide warranty?

All products sold on Cell Smart Cafe are from the major international and national brands only. They are all original and all the Warranty provided by the respective manufacturers on all the items sold including mobile handsets, charger and other accessories carry the Warranty for the period defined by the the respective manufactures as per conditions they have defined and provided in the contracts along with the product. No other warranty or condition is additionally offered by Cell Smart Cafe and the conditions for quality and workmanship of the product rests with the manufacturers of the brands alone. Under no circumstance will Cell Smart Cafe be responsible for the functioning or non-functioning of the product other than the terms provided by the product manufacturers. However, if any product has to be repaired due to defects arising out of use or misuse on the side of the customer, Cell Smart Cafe offers the services of its Authorized Service Centre under the terms and conditions applicable.

Can I make payment by cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, a customer cannot opt for COD now.

My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?

Normally payment is accepted only if the transaction is confirmed. If the amount has not reached us, the amount will be refunded to your account automatically. If there is any other issue, you can reach us through the Contact Us page and we will get back to you.

How will I get the refund amount if the order is cancelled?

Customer refund will be initiates by Cell Smart Cafe within 3 to 6 working days after confirmation of the cancellation based on details sent by the customer to Email: support@cellsmartcafe.com or through our Call, with a request to cancel. The payment will be made to the bank account or Credit/Debit Card within 7 to 10 banking days
